CAMPGROUNDS: There are two campground options available to reserve during your time at Woodstove Festival. One is located in the Cumberland village close by the festival, and the other is located at Comox Lake. Please see all information and booking links below.
We recommend booking your campsite well in advance to reserve your spot
NO FREE CAMPING. Camper Vans, trucks, tents, and tent trailers MUST buy a camping pass and camp in an official campground. Cumberland Village parking lots are for DAY USE ONLY- camping in parking lots and on streets is prohibited and will be enforced by Cumberland Village Bylaw.
LOCATION: 2865 Royston Rd. 7-minute walk to festival. Shuttle bus available.
AVAILABILITY: Sites may be reserved for Friday, Nov. 6th at 3PM to Monday, Nov 9th at 10AM. Passes are for 3 nights.
COST:
Vehicle Camping Weekend Pass: $80 - Park your vehicle and camp in or next to it.
Tent Only Camping Weekend Pass: $40 - does not include a parking spot next to your tent. Free street parking is available nearby.
AMENITIES:
Port-a-potties
Covered area with tables and chairs
24-hr security
Garbage and recycling area
No water available - please bring your own.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are not liable for lost or stolen property.
Please come prepared for all weather conditions- bring extra sleeping bags, tarps, and anything else you need to stay warm and dry for the weekend.

Heated Sleeping Barrels - $120/night
AMENITIES:
Picnic table & fire pit included at all campsites unless specified otherwise.
Electrical and water hookups are available at specific sites (sites 1–17).
Sleeping Barrels include mini-fridge, heater, and beds. (No bedding)
Restrooms & Showers: Coin-operated showers available for $1 per 3 minutes.
The park has no on-site Wi-Fi, unreliable cell service, no laundry facilities (nearest in Courtenay), and no sani-dump stations on-site (nearest at Miracle Beach or North Nanaimo)
