ACCOMMODATION options right in the Village of Cumberland are fairly limited to the Riding Fool Accommodation and vacation rentals. These book up extremely quickly for the festival weekend. The best bet for accommodation during this event is looking in Courtenay, Comox, Mt. Washington, or Royston- all within a 10-30 minute drive from the festival site. There will be a shuttle bus running to or close to many local hotels. 

CAMPING
Woodstove Music & Arts Festival does offer a car camping zone in Village Park during the festival weekend. The site is a 10-15 minute walk to festival venues but there will also be a shuttle bus running regularily.

BAYVIEW HOTEL DISCOUNT

The Bayview Hotel in Courtenay have kindly once again set aside a group block rate for rooms during Woodstove Music & Arts Festival.

The cut off date for this group block will be October 7, 2025, which means any rooms that have not been secured by this date will be released back into general inventory at this time.

They urge anyone wishing to book a reservation to do so prior to the cut off. Any rooms booked after the cut-off date will not be eligible for the discounted rate.
